An old article that I completely forgot about until recently. Ultimately, for me a lot of the discussion comes down to snobbery, something else I've been thinking about more recently.
Regarding the first article, the charge that "Christians are uneducated" is true in the sense that they simply don't tend to be educated in either theology (I don't blame them!) but also the history of the church and basic love beyond the simple law.
